The average admin cannot pick their way through re-licensing without engineering assistance. Forget simple upgrades in IOS on the ASA and firepower. First time I did it brought down the organization. Had to spend another $4,600 with the reseller engineering to update. Haven't upgraded since, tried one more time back in April.
